  • Where is the Summit located?
  • What are the parking arrangements?
    • Hotel Paso Del Norte is offering a $5 charge for event participants to park in the hotel parking lot 
  • What is the dress code?
    • Casual to Business Casual
  • Do I need to bring any special equipment?
    • No, just yourself.
  • What food will be served at the event?
    • Yes, a 3-course lunch by Hotel Paso Del Norte
  • How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?
  • Where can I buy tickets?
  • Can I buy tickets at the venue?
    • Due to conference logistics, we ask that tickets be purchased at least one week prior to the event
  • Can I buy tickets the day of the event?
    • No. Due to conference logistics, we ask that registration be completed one week prior to the event
  • Is there a discount available?
    • No, but the best price was considered as this is our first inaugural event
  • Do I need to print out or pick up tickets to get into the Summit?
    • No. You will just need to check in at our registration table the day of the event. We will have all your information from your ticket purchase
  • Can my spouses and children attend too?
    • Yes, all are welcome!
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    • No, all are welcome!
  • Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?
    • No, but tickets are transferable up to one week (May 12, 2022) prior to the event 
  • When can I register/check-in for the event?
    • You can register the day of the event beginning at 7:30 am at the Hotel Paso Del Norte
  • Is seating open or assigned?
    • Seating for this event is pre-assigned 
  • Can I sit with a friend who also is attending?
    • We will make every effort to accommodate General Admission seating, please email wwscustomerexperience@gmail.com if you did not specify it on the registration form 
  • Can I attend both breakout sessions?
    • No. The breakout sessions happen concurrently. You will need to select which one you want to attend when you purchase your ticket. Seating is limited for each session 
  • Can I meet Aly Raisman?
    • No in-person meetings will be available for general admission ticket holders. Meet-n-Greets are available through limited sponsorship packets. For more information and availability please contact us at jlepted@gmail.com  
  • Will Aly Raisman sign autographs?
    • No. When purchasing your ticket, you can purchase an Add-On Package, for $50, which includes an autographed copy of her book “FIERCE: How Competing for Myself Changed Everything.”
  • Is the Wine Down Networking Hour included?
    • Yes! It’s included with general admission tickets. There will be a cash bar available. 
  • What COVID-19 safety precautions are in place?
    • We will continue to follow CDC as well as state and local guidelines/recommendations in regards to COVID-19
  • Are masks required inside the venue?
    • No, masks are optional. We will continue to follow CDC as well as state and local guidelines/recommendations in regards to COVID-19
  • Will there be vendors at the Summit?
    • Yes, we will have a several vendors on site during the event. There is an opportunity to shop before, during breaks, and after the event
  • Can I apply to be a vendor?
  • I’m interested in sponsoring this event. Who do I contact?
