Can I pay for my ticket via credit card?

Yes, online and onsite ticket offices accept Visa or MasterCard with a $2.00 administrative fee per transaction.

Yes, strollers are allowed.

Where do I park to attend A Christmas Fair? 

Judson F Williams Convention Center parking, Mills Building Parking, or any surrounding public parking areas.

Are their concessions open during A Christmas Fair? 

Yes, there is a concession stand as well as a Café operated by the Convention Center.

Are alcoholic beverages available at A Christmas Fair?

Yes, there are several cash bars available during shopping hours.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes.  Wheelchairs are available at the Convention Center as well.

How many shoppers attend A Christmas Fair?

We anticipate 12,000 – 15,000 shoppers each year

How many merchants attend A Christmas Fair?

We anticipate over 230 plus merchants, from every region in the country.   We have a waiting list for merchant booths each year.

Who do I contact if I am interested in being a merchant at A Christmas Fair?

Interested Merchants should visit the “Become a Merchant” page for additional details.  A Christmas Fair is a “juried” show.

What is the cost to participate in A Christmas Fair? 

Prices for 2021 booth space is as follows:

Do you take a commission from sales?

No.  Merchant admission is a flat rate based on the location and booth size.

When are payments due?

50% of the booth space is required to reserve your booth; the balance of the booth space is due in full by October 1, 2021.

Booth space is on 1st come (paid), 1st served basis.  It “pays” to pay early!

Pay in FULL by June 1st, 2021 and receive $25 off your booth.

Can I have two (2) businesses in one (1) booth?

Yes, however, one business will have to sign the contract for the booth space and take responsibility for the space.  Both businesses can be included on the merchant sign and in the merchant program.

When will I find out if I am selected to participate?

Applications are juried on a rolling basis.  All applicants will receive notice of a decision within one month of application, but usually sooner.

Is there a place to store my extra merchandise?

Merchant storage is available in the Rio Grande Room, right next to the Merchant Lounge at no additional cost, on a first-come basis.  The Junior League of El Paso reserves the right to limit Merchant use of this space if deemed excessive or unfair to other participants.  The Junior League is not responsible for items lost or stolen in this storage area.  Use of this area by merchants is at their own risk.

Are Merchant Lunches Provided? 

Yes, there is a free Merchant lunch provided Thursday afternoon before fair officially starts.

In addition merchants have the opportunity to purchase daily lunches provided by the El Paso Convention Center, advanced ordering is required. Lunches will be delivered by Junior League volunteers to those who ordered, any further questions regarding lunches should be directed towards the Merchant Committee.
