The Treasurer shall be the custodian of the funds of the JLEP and keep full accurate account of the current JLEP financial status. She shall present financial statements at Board of Directors’, Joint Board and Council and General Meetings of the JLEP. With the assistance of the Finance Council, she will prepare the annual budget for approval by the Active membership. She shall be responsible for the collection of dues and assessments and receive all monies. She shall pay all bills when properly authorized and preserve all vouchers. The Treasurer shall serve as Chair of the Budget Review Committee and as the Assistant Chairman of the Finance Council.

Admitted into Active membership in 2010, Monique is currently serving on the Placement committee. She has served on BEAR, CLOCKS, Website Administrator, and Community Research.
Monique has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, holds a Master of Information Technology and has been working with Hewlett Packard Enterprise since 1996; she has 18+ years of Project Management experience applied to industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, State and Local Government and Communications.

Monique is happily married and enjoys music, dancing, reading and nature.

Monique’s favorite thing about JLEP is diversity and knowing that the effort she invests in League will be multiplied exponentially by working with other members as a team.
